1989 – Graduated from the Fine Arts Department, the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

1989 – Established the Culture Corner Art Academy with Gaylord Chan in Tai Po Plaza.

​

1991 – Joined the Hong Kong Visual Arts Society, served as Honorary Secretary, and serves as Vice-President recently.

​

1992 – Member of the Hong Kong Artists’ Guild.

​

1995 – Established the Artmatch Group with Gaylord Chan and his students, served as Honorary Secretary for the 1st committee and Chairman (2003-2005).

​

1997 – Member of the Hong Kong Female Contemporary Art Association and the Hong Kong Artists’ Association.

​

2023 – Graduated from MA in Buddhist Studies.

​

2024 – Serving as Exhibition Consultant to “Never End - The Art and Life of Gaylord Chan” organized by Asia Society HK Centre.

 

Chow frequently conducted art workshops, gave talks, and served as adjudicator for various art competitions organized by the Hong Kong Museum of Art, the Agriculture, Fisheries & Conservations Department, the Science Museum, and other organizations.

She joined more than a hundred exhibitions both locally and overseas.  Her works are collected by the HK Museum of Art and private collectors.
